The 2009-2010 Liberty Redhawks played their second season in district 9-4A and finished in a tie with McKinney for 4th place with a record of 7-7 in district and 15-17 overall. They lost the tiebreaker with McKinney and did not advance to the UIL playoffs.

The Redhawk boys finished 2-12 in district 9-4A play and 8-22 overall.

The 2008-2009 Liberty Redhawks played their first season in district 9-4A and finished in 4th place with a record of 6-8 in district and 14-16 overall. They lost their first round UIL playoff game to Rockwall.

The Liberty Redhawks played their inaugural season in 2007-2008. The Redhawk girls had a great first season as they finished 3rd in district 9-3A with a 10-4 district mark and an overall season record of 16-19. The girls qualified for the UIL playoffs but narrowly lost their first game to the Nevada Community Braves.

The Redhawk boys finished in a tie for 3rd place with Van Alsytne in district 9-3A with an 8-6 district mark but lost the tiebreaker game by three points. The boys finished with an overall record of 18-16.
